What to check
Regular cleaning supports hygiene, heat performance and equipment life. Before starting, allow the unit to cool and disconnect gas and electrical supplies.
- Clean removable trays and parts separately.
- Use a suitable non-abrasive product on stainless surfaces.
- Do not spray pressurized water onto burners, motor or electrical parts.
- Dry all parts fully and reinstall them in the correct order.
